Are you looking for a safe, non judgmental, and compassion filled space to heal? If you’re looking for an expressive, curious, energetic, and let’s get into the hard stuff kinda therapist, I’m your girl! Whether you’ve been experiencing heightened levels of anxiety, some of the lowest of lows, conflict in general, or struggling with various mental or physical health issues I’ve got you! I specialize in anxiety, depression, women’s issues, faith transitions, LGBTQIA+ experiences, eating disorders, self-harm, and a variety of mental health difficulties.
In my office we will utilize; Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parts Work, Inner Child Work, and a Compassionate/Strengths-Based approach. Compassion is key to healing, let's build that space together.
I believe in an intuitive approach; learning to come back to your true self in a world that teaches you to be anything but. I advocate for creating a safe space where you will be met with compassion on your healing journey. Everyone is deserving of love, acceptance, peace, and growth on their journey of healing and would feel honored to be a part of yours!
