Fees depend on the individual therapist that you choose to see and the length of session that you prefer. We accept most major insurances. You can find specific fees in on our pricing page.

Although medication can be a wonderful tool to help deal with depression, it is not necessarily a requirement to treat depression. Our team of therapists will collaborate with you to develop a plan according to your needs and beliefs in regards to medication.

The most common session length is 50-55 minutes. If you are needing longer or shorter sessions, we encourage you to discuss options with your therapist!
